Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
pj68 and/or the relevant operator may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change to your account details. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account restrictions or closure.

The operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, technical error or where the acceptance of the bet would exceed the operator's risk management parameters. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pj68 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pj68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
